New single-family homes and townhomes priced from the $200’s are now available at Orange Blossom Naples, a resort style gated community on Oil Well Road in North Naples being developed by The Ronto Group. The four to six-bedroom, two to four bath Manor homes are base-priced from the low $300’s to the low $400’s. Furnished models showcasing Pulte’s Canopy and Dockside floor plans are open for viewing only. The one-story, 1,972 square foot Canopy floor plan features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and an outdoor living area with a pool. The Canopy floor plan is base priced at $304,990. Base-priced at $352,990, the one-story Dockside plan offers 2,684 square feet with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a den, and an outdoor living area with a pool.
Pulte’s open-concept 1,861 square feet Summerwood plan offers two to five bedrooms and two or three bathrooms.
